We install radius roof panels, tapered roofs, concave panels etc. Our craftsmen are experts in manufacturing and finding custom solutions to intricate, problematic areas. We commonly install copper roofing and zinc roofing, however, we also work with lead coated copper, pre patina copper, galvalume, kynar aluminum and steel materials. Our standing seam roof installations are done with 1” or 1.5” high standing seam panels. While the same panel is used for both, our expert metal roofers can fold the lock once, creating a single lock system, or twice, a double lock system.Ī double lock system may be more suitable for certain environments, however, the choice for either standing seam locking system is normally driven by aesthetics. These panels also can be installed in 2 different ways, a single lock and a double lock system. Our metal roof installers can produce these panels to “infinite lengths”, meaning that panels are normally formed from a coil to the needed length, and will not feature any seam whenever possible. The most traditional metal roof system, widely used with all materials is the mechanical lock metal roof system, aka standing seam roofing. Mechanical Lock Standing Seam Roof Installations
